I lived here for 3 years. The management will not back you up if you have a problem. My apartment ceiling caved in. While workmen were there I requested for my door to be locked if they left. My door would be wide open. I had approximately $3,000 of my jewelry stolen, much of which was sentimental that I had collected all my life. I had my food stolen. I had clothes stolen. New maintenance staff has no respect for residents privacy. They will walk into your apartment without any notice. No doorbell or knock. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS.

Best kept secret in town. These apartments are not luxury, but they offer so much to senior citizens and those with special needs. They are clean, well managed and well maintained. There is so many things they offer to seniors too. Food, healthcare assistance, advocacy. The Salvation Army personally sends pastors and workers to make sure the residents are entertained and their spiritual needs addressed. I'm downplaying it. Honestly, this is the best place I've ever lived. I always feel safe, the doors lock in the afternoon with carded access. The price is so affordable and based on income. But be prepared for the waiting list. It took 8 months for me so sign your parents up soon. They are also pet friendly. It's a pretty friendly community of older citizens. We all love it here. Some have been here 30 years.

My aunt's packages from family were stolen out of her mailbox. We send her things and now they are getting stolen. We tracked the last one and are pressing charges. Plus, the air conditioner was broken for months.
