This were the worst experience I’ve had. The car I received had a malfunction. Which had my daughter and I trying to find a place to stay at 2:00am. The company never reimbursed me or provided a call back. I’ll never recommend them.

I am very satisfied and I had a pleasureable experience from pick up to drop off. I love Enterprise on East Oglethorpe Blvd...Lisa and her staff has great customer service. Thank you all for making sure I was taken care of. I will definitely recommend you all and I will use your services again....Way to Go!

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise and the whole experience was a pleasure. Cullen helped me throughout the whole process. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. When I returned the vehicle, Deonte helped me. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.

- R eally lazy energy - U nprofessional - D irty cars - E xtremely slow service - Don't bother calling ahead of time because you'll be left on hold until you hang up or they'll just let the phone ring out. - Small, stuffy waiting area where you'll awkwardly sit directly across from other people that are in the exact same boat. Meanwhile 30 mins past your "appointment time" and the staff wont even make eye contact, with hopes that you don't ask any questions. My perspective: Horrible customer service! Be prepared to awkwardly sit in the stuffy waiting area well beyond your appointment time. I've used this location three times and it's progressively gotten worse. The entire staff needs more training on how to interact with people and communicate more effectively. The rudeness and lack of care was almost unbearable. I sat for 37mins past my "appointment time" and became more frustrated by other people's interactions than my own. So much so that I almost forgot about the fact that the vehicle I was assured would be available just 2 hours earlier was NOT. There was no real explanation or care as to how long I would have to wait. I watched the staff ignore the phone, place people on hold indefinitely, snarky and rude to costumers that walked in unsure of the rental process. It felt as if they were hoping some of us would leave. I did ultimately get a car but not the class that I had reserved. While an employee (I assumed to be the manager) seemed to pat herself on the back for handing me the keys to a dirty, smelly low quality vehicle that I saw get pulled in 15mins prior, as if she'd done me a favor. Had it not been a work related trip I would've decline this vehicle and gone some place else. I'm now willing the spend a bit more paying the Airport tax at the other location because this location (all though conveniently located) is NOT worth the anxiety.

I love the Customer Service The Workers Be On Point And They Will Go Over And Beyond To Make Sure Their Customers Are Satisfied… I Love the Oglethorpe Blvd TEAM.. FEELS FAMILY ORIENTED EVERY VISIT 🤞🏾🤞🏾
