Walked inside of this place at 6:30 pm. Most of the workers are tending to the drive thru first. Employee approached me by 6:34 pm. Placed my order and walked around the lobby. Upon closer inspection they do clean this lobby. I only found one piece of food on the floor but everything is clean. The soda machine isn't bad but you can tell it's been a few hours since the last cleanup. By 6:36 pm my order was ready. I had 6 burritos. They were hot! This taco bell at this time on a Sunday is the best place to sit.

I gave these guys 5 stars because they are the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. They don't serve greasy food, meat is drained, chips taste fresh, and it doesn't smell like old oil. Service is on point with friendly staff. Everything tastes fresh. Drive thru staff are always nice and I have never gotten a wrong order.

Food was good and restaurant was clean. However, the bathroom doors were locked the whole time we were there. I asked the lady if she could unlock it (for my kids) and she said "someone must be in there" which was a total lie. We were there for probably 20-30min.

Impossible to get any reward points in the Taco Bell app because the receipts always print with missing information. Every time. Like every time. Can't let management know, since store number is not printed well on receipt. Tried to get another receipt today for my purchase and you can't read it and when you ask for management to give you a printed one they can't give you one that's better printed stating that Taco Bell is not allowing them to replace their new receipt printer that doesn't print things well. Maybe they need to be treated on how to clean them with alcohol wipes?

The burritos I receive from this establishment are consistently subpar, with the rice being stale and hard. Having worked at Taco Bell for three years, I can confidently assert that this is currently the worst Taco Bell in Albuquerque. I recommend Juan Taco and Lomas as a superior alternative.
