Loveless hospital truly has great employees and staff. They really do work hard. They're fast at what they're doing, but they're pretty much accurate. They truly have great doctors like Doctor Padilla. Truly a wonderful Doctor and he really does care for the patients. From the ER to the room he truly took care of my wife along with all the nurses. And those that work as staff to clean up and take care of all equipment, making sure that each and every patient has a clean room to be cared for they all do a great job. From the bottom to the top of the employment staff.Great job.Guys all of you keep up the great work and stay proud of what you're doing after all, if you weren't doing what you are doing. We wouldn't have the great care that you offer

I was at the Lovelace ER three times and the care I received was excellent. I was very sick with covid and the staff was kind and caring. Dr. Ortiz went above and beyond the call of duty to protect vulnerable patients from a violent individual who attacked staff in the ER. I have only praise for the wonderful staff at Lovelace ER. I highly recommend the Loveless ER to anyone needing emergency medical treatment. Thank you to the kind and caring doctors and staff.

my mom got sent to lovelace because she just got diagnosed with cancer. while in their care she developed c-diff and nursing staff only decided to test her stool for it after two days in the hospital, although they were checking her stool every time she used the toilet, so they should have caught this sooner. on top of this, we found opened syringes full of sodium chloride on the bedside table opposite my mother, as she had a full room to herself. bathroom remained uncleaned after nursing staff told us they would have housekeeping come in to clean her toilet, which was filthy. tech promised my mom a shower which she also failed to do, so when i went to visit her i had to go to nurses station to ASK IF I COULD BATHE MY MOTHER myself, as her shower chair had been removed from her room, and nobody who’s job it is completed this task. my mother had a biopsy performed and the dressings on the wound have so far gone unchanged for 2 days. i am overall incredibly disappointed in the level of care that my mother has received in this, the hardest time in her life. incredibly unprofessional, undignified, and incompetent. do yourself a favor and NEVER bring yourself or your loved ones to this hospital. she would have been better off staying in the inpatient at the ER. i am in the medical field and i would NEVER care for a patient or resident the way that my mother has been “cared for”. absolutely disgusted. if i could give zero stars i certainly would.

Great hospital! They helped keep me hydrated with an IV and helped me feel better when I was experiencing pain near my appendix area, which just turned out to be a stomach flu instead of appendicitis. Most of the doctors and nurses were very friendly, except a couple. Also, I swear I read his name tag (some name that starts with an “R” I think) I forgot his name, but there’s a doctor with hair down to his shoulders and he was very humorous and kind. All in all, our experience was great and we will most likely return there for our medical needs. :)

Avoid this hospital with all you can ...horrible...people leave this hospital so soon after surgery..not because they are healed but because of the horrible experience....I had to leave because I thought I would end up with sepsis or who know what before the end of the stay ...and let's not get started on dietary...they have no brains in their heads ...plus the room was a fithly mess ...when u wake from surgery the staff member in recovery should not be allowed near a hospital ...I can't wait to do my survey! Notice the urine still left in the next bed ..8th floor
