Horrible customer service. Had to wait with nowhere to sit. Told to leave where I was sitting. Then, a very unfriendly "customer service rep" proceeded to to tell me she couldn't help because they could only speak to my wife who is on the account. So she goes into the store on Holly Ave and gets told they can't help her either. All we were trying to do was replace a SIM card. Instead o have to wait 3 days for it to arrive by mail, all with no cell service. We will fire Xfinity and we will never use them again for anything. Goodbye!

Always no workie cable data network in 87109 Albuquerque NM. Mobile service which I paired with to save money is ooerated on Verizon network BUT is throttled to an extent that will impact power users for sure. Perhaps basic people are ok with this arrangement but I would not recommend. I will let them finance my delicious zflip tho. I got good wifi when I need it. And cellular works great for 911 989 and 1800suicid3 if you need it

If I could score this company a “zero” I would. Horrendous service and support. Multiple trips to multiple stores and hours upon hours of tech support. Multiple service appointments where the tech no called no showed. This was a 5 month nightmare Overcharged for services not used. Took me 6 months to get the refund and they still owe me an additional month. If you find another service use it.

Went to see about my ACP benefits and was given only a phone number to call. And was escorted to the door like I wasn't welcome to their store. Had gone there several months before for same issue and was told I couldn't change my plan. I'll call the phone number from now on, where the representative was extremely helpful and was able to help me!!!!😐🤔

They have been raising the price when I have been with them forever. There all in it for the money. 10 years a good latest modem, just to keep smoochen inernet is a joke over here!
