The rooms were horrible. They placed me in a room near a barking dog. When I asked to switch rooms I was given an attitude from the front desk and they claimed they were completely booked, which I feel was a lie. Then I was placed in another room where the AC unit barely blew cold air and the only accommodation was a loud old 80s type of fan. The elevator wreaked of dog feces. I was here for work, which my company paid for. Had I been here on my dime, I would have immediately demanded a refund and found a better hotel. This hotel is on the same level as Motel 6. I will make sure to NEVER frequent this hotel again. Horrible experience, save your money and stay somewhere else.

Helpful staff, clean, spacious, well appointed rooms (the only thing missing was a microwave, but there's one next to the ice machine). Great, very central location in a nice and safe part of town. I'll stay here again when I come back through Albuquerque.

Easy to get to off I-40 with lots of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and helpful but doesn’t take away from the Cons; A/C will not cool down room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Paid EXTRA for breakfast package with room thinking it was a sit down order off menu But NO it’s was the same buffet breakfast all other hotels offer for free with room. This was not a good value for my money

Stayed there for one night. Arrived after 8 hours of driving at around 10 pm to a hot room with a black stain in the carpet. I ignored the stain and set the air conditioner to a low temperature (65f). I then proceeded to go take a shower and knock out. The shower's drain barely was working and it in fact spit out a past guest's bodily hair. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t bother to swap rooms as I already showered and was ready for bed. I wish I did because at around 12 am the room was still hot as hell. The air conditioner didn’t work. I just slept on top of the sheets because I was too tired after my road trip to pack everything up to move to a new room that would probably have the same issue. TLDR: Air conditioner doesn’t work, disgusting carpet stains, and drains that are clogged that spit out hair.

The room needs to have newer fixtures and should be screwed down instead of caulked down. Maintenance just needs to do a better job (or is it they don't get enough budget to maintain it properly). Either way, it could be better cus the service and location is great.
