Clean store, kind staff and food was good. Communication is key, and these ladies were short staffed by 3 people and mentioned this up front in a thoughtful, appropriate business manner. You would never have known accept for a slightly longer wait. Well done ladies!

Nice Starbucks! Giving them four stars for service because they left me standing there for ten minutes while they took care of the drive through and another barista chatted with someone she knew. Need to work on balancing the load. Otherwise food and coffee were great, and delivery was quick, fresh, and hot. Update visited two more times before leaving the area. Service was much improved. Staff on the front register and welcoming customers as they come in. Much better. Upgraded them to five stars.

I ordered some items from there. One of the items were caramel ribbon crunch which was made wrong. It had cinnamon in it, so when we arrived back to Starbucks I told the girl that it tasted like cinnamon and she had this blank expression as she read the instructions on the cup which didn't even mention cinnamon which she stated, "we don't make it cinnamon." I said," I know they don't but it has it." She offered to make a new one and I told her no if I could get a refund or a gift card so I can order it from another Starbucks. She said we have to keep this one and I told her yea keep it I don't want it. The way she said it was like I was trying to get something for free which I felt was disrespectful. Before I left I told her whoever is making the drinks need to pay attention cause what if someone couldn't have spice and they got really sick that wouldn't be good. Oh and when we were at the drive thru window the girl there almost forgot to give us the other part of our order and the other girl had to remind her and she still didn't give it to us til we said something too. We decided to give this store another chance cause they never get our order right and to no avail we will not be going back to this location again even though I did get our drink refunded

This Starbucks is just around the corner from my house and we recently visited. It is clean. The workers are super friendly. The food and drinks are delicious as expected from any Starbucks. And I really liked the art and decor inside. It paid great homage to the Native roots here in New Mexico!

Always a good experience, well made coffee drinks. CALVIN! My man’s got funny jokes on deck if your coffee is taking an extra moment to be ready. 👌 made our day
