Always enjoy the food here. I highly highly recommend the nachos (but substituted w birria!!) and the buffalo chicken burger if you want that kick! Of course their brews are also amazing but I also enjoy the cranberry hard seltzer and ciders. The servers usually have amazing recommendations so feel free to ask them if you’re unsure of what to get!

Great food and great beer, the Thunder Mouth hazy was exceptional as was the Participation Ribbon. When you visit, definitely check out the boards in the taproom for their latest flavorful brews!

We had a really good experience here. If you want to eat a full meal, you need to make sure to flag down a server because they’ll assume you’re just hanging out for awhile. I had the Elephants on Parade, a super refreshing super fruity wheat ale. The jambalaya was super good even though it’s different than what we’re used to in Texas. We also had fried pickles that were perfectly cooked. Everyone at the table enjoyed their beers. It’s a good neighborhood hang with a lot of space to spread out and chat. Great stop for a trip or to recover in the heat.

Bosque Brewing’s Pickledown Economics is a pickle lover’s dream! The pickle beer and fried pickles are a ‘dill-ightful’ duo and have created my most unhinged craving. I wish I had a photo of the fried pickles but they never last long enough. It’s a ‘big dill’ for those with a pickle passion.

My rating reflects the food more than the drinks. We came as a group after work and our group ordered a variety of foods. I got the jambalaya, which just felt like a big glop of rice with very little chicken/sausage/peppers but at least the flavor is good. The included bread was also kind of stale. Honestly, I think the bread is too extra and should just add more peppers/okra/garnish in general. We also thought for the price, the amount of pretzel bites was not enough. The service was excellent, and the drinks/beer were good.
