Where to even start? The pharmacy staff has always been so incredible on answering every question I have about any and every medication. They have been so kind. The store is always immaculate and the staff is always friendly. Thank you!

Old lady that works in the pharmacy is rude and should not be in the position that she has. All info online for Covid testing is incorrect.

The pharmacy manager Heather at this location is absolutely horrible. She yells and speaks over. You does not let you finish your sentence. My order was trying to make me wait again then she had the nerve to tell me to go to the South 14th location she didn’t have to serve me. I guarantee you I will never ever shop here again, and I am filing a complaint with corporate office. I can’t believe they would make somebody like that a manager

Your pharmacy is supposed to be open till 8 PM. My wife went there to get medication. It’s 550 and your pharmacy is closed. That is very unacceptable and very disrespectful to anybody that needed medication. There is no excuse for you’re to have your pharmacy closed at 5:50 in the afternoon when it’s supposed to be open till eight I’m very disappointed in y’all.

Pharmacy manager, I am not sure what is going on at this location but the systems are broken. I had a text message saying a refill prescription was ready; but when I came, they told me it had never been ready. Then I called in for Allegra refill, and girl told me it’s never been filled at this pharmacy. She then advised me “to go just get it over the counter.” I am a military patient and prescriptions are luckily covered fully and I don’t want to pay out of pocket. When I told her the generic name for Allegra, she was able to find RX but it couldn’t be filled and she couldn’t tell my why. As a prior pharmacy technician, I am not sure why she doesn’t know the common generics nor why she was so quick to dismiss patients, and why she gave me advice like she is an MD or pharmacist.
