one of the dirtiest I've ever been! slow service, it took a long time for my order to arrive. the heater didn't work and it was terribly cold in the store. The first thing I saw upon entering was this:....not at all inviting.

I've had problems at this McDonald's quite a few times, but this time pushed me over the edge. the inside of my burger was NOT cooked at all. I understand working in fast food you have to be quick, but I would much rather wait than bite into an uncooked burger.

I usually don't eat McDonald's but anytime I do I do it in the daytime recently I started going to the night shift to get my food not only did they get my order wrong but they did it twice less than 2 minutes my chicken nuggets are soggy it's not the manager I know it's not because she knows how to make the food the workers are not paying attention to what they need to do and it shows heavily I called three times around 12:40 and nobody picked up but I know they're not busy because they're walking distance from my house I really need my refund my order was the share deal the 20 piece nuggets and the two Big Macs I place my order online I ordered them plain with just meat and cheese and pickles I work for McDonald's before and I know how the screen looks and I know for sure that everything on there says what I don't want the first Big Macs that they gave me before I sent it back we're fully dressed the second time they had onions on my food I shouldn't have to pick nothing off my food that I paid for I would love to get contacted about my refund

Ordered breakfast on mobile app to beat the 10:30 deadline but because of the long line we didn’t make it to the window until 10:34 and they “couldn’t make it” because we didn’t check in at the window before the cut off. Doesn’t matter that it was ordered and paid for, “THEY DONT START MAKING IT UNTIL YOU CHECK IN” Manager doesn’t care and deflected blame and shrugged her shoulders. Mind you, it was a rather large breakfast order for Mother’s Day Brunch and this explains why regardless of the mobile app process, they still take their time once you arrive to pick up. Don’t bother going here if you expect professionalism and decent customer service. I know McDonald’s doesn’t need my money but that’s gonna stop me from pointing out these flaws.

The drive thru window where you pay, Sheldon , please learn customer service. Talking to your coworker can wait while a customer approaches. As well it’s common courtesy not to basically throw a receipt towards a customer while head turned towards coworker engaged upon your conversation. However I appreciate you and your coworkers willing to show up to work so McDonald’s can stay open since I do enjoy grabbing a quick bite to eat.
