Great selection great parking love the app and offers as well as using my card to earn points what appeared to be the manager was assisting several cashiers with unique situations like returns. During all of this she was helpful telling me about the point system I've had the card for awhile and didn't know exact details like member status. She was friendly and patient. I enjoy shopping at ulta and will continue to

I always get my hair done by Olivia, who is like the fairy godmother of all my color transformations! She does an absolutely amazing job and has always left me feeling and looking great! She's the best!!

QA is very bad. I drove 25 min to this location to pick up a travel size of my concealer. They were out of stock of almost all the concealers in the brand’s section of the store. I was told to check the minis at the front as there may be a few more sprinkled in. I was happy to find 1 left in my shade, so I bought it and went home. Only to realize that the concealer inside the box was completely used with concealer finger prints all over the cap. My fault for not opening it but how does a used concealer get put back on the shelves. Now I have to drive back to return and then probably just order online, ugh such a hassle. P.S many of the employees are not friendly. Typical Ulta things.
