I highly recommend this business, the service quality is truly exceptional!!!! Ashley, Elise and the whole team work to give you the best shopping experience without being pushy towards anything. I have shopped here several times over the years needing jewelry for special occasions. Overall, I highly recommend THIS location (Airport Road) over the others. The staff listens to what you are looking for, and has a great eye for detail. They always offer to clean my jewelry and make an inspection to ensure no stones are loose. Above and beyond service from staff who actually enjoy their job, and actually care about the experience you leave with.

Elise and Zack are always professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Elise is our favorite jeweler. She always remembers us and is so helpful in making sure we are taken care of. Zack was amazingly helpful as well, and clearly, they both care about their customers. Family is very important to us, and we have and are going to be making custom pieces with Elise and Zack's help. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
