Resourceful - very knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions, provide detailed and clear explanations, recommend best practices in warehousing & process improvements; 2. CISS met with us initially to see how our business operates and our needs for multiple warehouses in our inventory system. They showed us their initial program and then re-wrote program code to meet our needs. Support has responded quickly with any questions we have encountered throughout the learning process and have promptly made any changes to the program we have needed.
