I've stayed here twice. Both time it's been quiet with clean rooms. The pillows aren't perfect and the bathtub was clean, but definitely not new. The sink fixtures seem to have been updated recently. I'd gladly stay here again when I pass through, but wouldn't choose this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. Very pleased with the hotel based on the value.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful when I made a mistake with my reservation. The bed was very firm, verging on hard, but oddly comfortable. It's located near a few good local places to eat, and not far from a beautiful park on the Colombia River. It's an ideal hotel for a quick stay. Sadly though, the shower was only warm for a little before it went cold, and the breakfast was lacking. Overall, still a great experience for sub $80.

Staff was nice, as is the location, which is adjacent to a nice walking path and at the edge of the modest downtown. (We loved the Thai restaurant a couple blocks away!) I can deal with small rooms, but this room wasn't anywhere near the Wyndham standard, so we were disappointed. Reasonably clean, but awkwardly furnished, like your first apartment after high school. The bed was uncomfortable, with little support and a weird ridge. The pillows are filled with cubed foam--yes, you can tell by feeling them.

The room was clean and well stocked with nice clean towels and linens. The guy that checked us in was very nice and polite. And my stay was amazing until the next day. Is there breakfast at the guy had and raved about, was absolutely horrible. I went at 7:30 in the morning when breakfast was said to have started at 7 a.m., there was no coffee, the milk had been left out and was warm, the donuts were stale, the bread had mold on one of the pieces, and the waffles that they had in the freezer after I toasted them tasted freezer burnt. I had mentioned all of this to the lady that was working in the front desk, and she had a horrible attitude about it, and said will I apologize, "but that is what there is for breakfast." When I was getting ready to check out, I decided that I would go ahead and pay another night, and so I told housekeeping when she knocked that that was what I was planning to do. As I was going to go to the office to pay another night, I received a phone call to the room and the front lady told me that my name was not on the registration for the room, and so she could not take the money to pay for another night! Explain to her that the day before when I had checked in with my boyfriend, that he would put my name on the room as well, just in case I needed to pay for another night or to get the deposit back the next day. So she told me the next day that she could not give me the deposit because allegedly my name was nowhere on there. Seminole only did I have to leave right there in there even though it was 11:30. She was very rude even though I explained to her that I needed that deposit in order to get a taxi to go home to Pasco and the guy told me that he would put my name on there because that way it would be easier for me to get the deposit bag she still refused to do it and obviously didn't care when I ended up getting stuck there for three and a half hours before I was able to get a ride since my phone was also dead. Even though I got an amazing deal on that room I still will never go back and all because she had to be so rude to me.

I wasn’t expecting a fancy room by any means for such a cheap room, but there was dog hair on our comforter and in our sheets. The bed was rock hard, and the toilet lid felt like it was going to fall off when you moved it up and down. I don’t care if it’s old equipment and furnishings if I need a cheap room but it should always be clean! Oh and the carpet was moist and freezing with extremely uneven floors, I think it needs some foundation work. The front staff was very nice and welcoming but that’s the only positive thing I have to say
