Very rude worker decided that he was going to block traffic and not move. I asked him very nicely before he got out of the truck to move over because I couldn't get through. There was more than enough room for him to park properly. He took his time and never moved. I called the company to complain and instead of apologizing, the woman on the line made excuses about why he was in the middle of the road. Although my review has nothing to do with getting service, it does represent the type of people that are apart of this company.

I'm very disappointed with this companyThey used to be very loyal I've been without oil 6 days its was a weekend had to wait til Monday had to wait 48 hours before they come out and it was an emergency but still had to wait. Its Wednesday and they said I'm on the list for delivery but don't know what time. I'm getting sick because its cold out but they don't care what people are going through

I recently used this company for home heating oil and I have no complaints. In fact, I ordered online last night when I realized my tank was empty because I had no hot water and they arrived at 10am this morning to fill it up. I was relieved that they could get here so quickly! The price was better than any other company I checked (I looked at least another 7-8 in my area) and the price was exactly as quoted. I used this company a few months ago when I was renting a different home in another town and had the same excellent experience. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

We had a small problem with our Delivery. Brenda who I assume is the office manager, if she isn't she should be. She Was in contact with me several times and went above and beyond to help me straighten everything out. Thank you Brenda you're the Best

STAY AWAY!! FRAUDSTERS!!! I ordered oil and the truck showed up with 38.2 gallons on the meter and nothing was pumped yet!! They tried to charge me for 38 gallons. After going around in circles telling Kelly I didn't get the 38 gallons , finally the driver himself ( bruce) admitted that the 38 gallons was delivered to the previous customer. My wife videotaped the entire exchange including the driver admitting to the fraud. Contact me for a copy of the video I'll be glad to share it.
