If you want your order to be completely wrong then look no further! They will print your label correctly but only 2 (3 if you’re lucky) ingredients in the bowl itself. What’s better is that after they mess up your meal, you get a free entree so you can order again and receive another incorrect order.

Count your days Airport Road Chipotle. I ordered this to be delivered, and they sent me only rice and steak. I ordered a burrito bowl with sour cream, lettuce, corn, brown rice, steak, and mild salsa. How did I just get rice and steak?!?

They should consider closing this location after 8PM. My wife went in yesterday to buy us two veggie bowls and was charged for a full bowl even though they were out of veggies, pico, corn, chips, lettuce, sofritas. We paid $13 for a bowl of rice and beans and a side of guac (which is supposed to be free with the veggie bowl). The service was also horrendous; they forgot to put the second bowl in the bag and acted like they could care less about their lack of options. You go in excited and leave disappointed and let down, we ended up going to Mod pizza next door instead.

I stopped here fro lunch on 3/8/24. It looked busy, but I figured I would wait.... not going to lie-as I was waiting 20 minutes in line, I became frustrated. But, I figured I might as well wait it out at this point. I am very glad I did. All of the employees were doing a great job. The girl making the food was patient with me as I asked a question or two, and made my food very well. The gentleman and the register was very polite. They had a lot of to go orders, but had a separate set up to complete them. I also saw a girl taking temperatures of the food, and being in the food industry I was impressed. So basically, they were just that busy! This restaurant was run very efficiently and my food was terrific. I will be back

Food is always good! Sometimes I feel that they don’t give you enough food but usually this chipotle does a great job. The workers are always kind and are helpful
