I would advise against renting a vehicle from here. My wife and I had a travel plans change on us so we needed to rent a car. We made a reservation through a program sponsored by AVIS/Budget. The clerk did basically said we dont have inventory to honor that price so the best we can do is a "manager's special." That special was nearly double the quoted price. We were in a bind so went for it. The clerk processed the request then handed us the keys and paperwork, she claimed the gas tank was filled but the gauge doesn't work so disregard it. There was no way for us to check that in the moment. We took pictures and drove off. Five hours later we stopped for gas and filled the tank, the gauge showed full. This means the clerk let us drive off with half a tank, even though we paid full price. I have been in contact with customer service and they have denied my request without reasoning. I would suggest paying a little more for a better experience at any other company besides AVIS/Budget.

Rented back in July. Back in town again and wanted to leave review. Picked up SUV close to closing time past 11pm. Started noticing horrible smell, couldn’t figure out why, and next day in daylight, I noticed the seats. Already traveling far so could not turn back and just dealt with it. Also Car poorly maintained. Told Avis when I returned the car. Then get charged $130 weeks later without any explanation. Called multiple times but told to call back when manager in. Unable to connect with manager. Love Avis. Just won’t use this location. Rented from another company today.

I have rented cars with Avis at this location 4 times and every single time I am charged for fuel despite filling the car. I decline to add it to my contract, pay ahead of time, drive less than 50 miles roundtrip, fill the car, and drop it off. I then get notified of an additional charge on my card mid travel letting me know I am being charged once again for no reason. At this point, it is not a mistake, it's 4 times trying to steal $20 from me alone. Who knows who else is being hit with this charge. I also have photos of the full gas gauge in the ABE parking lot when I drop it off just in case and it turns out I need it every time.

30+ minutes to return a rental is ridiculous!! 2 agents and still wating. (2people in front) It wasn't much better with the rental, front tires should have been replaced befor renting. Not safe for 2000 miles of driving.

This Avis location doesn’t maintain their vehicles. This is 2nd time I rented from Avis location. When I got vehicle, it was showing low air pressure in one tire. This is same store during both rentals and first time caused flat tire. Rental office doesn’t help with replacing vehicle. Being a preferred member, car should be close to airport but both times they allocated me a car in last aisle of parking lot.
