I landed at 7:30 pm and I was so grateful to see a human at the counter still! All went perfectly smooth and quick when getting my rent a car! They even had the truck I asked for and had reserved in advance. Happy traveler here! Thank you Alamo. Nancy

I have always had a great experience with Alamo at ABE; however, they have recently implemented a policy that does not follow Alamo's published policies for paying with a debit card. The published policy states that only customers without a ticketed return will have to pay a deposit. However, when I got to the counter, they said they will charge my debit card a $300 deposit. This is super inconvenient for someone who is not expecting that additional money to be taken out of their checking account. I've been using Alamo for years and have never been charged a deposit on my debit card, until recently. Just a warning to customers who read the policy ahead of time and are not expecting the additional charge.

I’m absolutely floored right now. We were bumped from our flight and rescheduled to a later flight. I immediately called the local branch and left a message. No one called me back. I then called the national customer service line and they assured me that with my updated flight information someone would be there. I received a confirmation email with my updated flight on it. Flight landed and no one is there. I’m now stranded at the airport at midnight with a nine month old ordering an Uber. This is a nightmare. When I called reservations they told me the only thing they can do is have me “pick up the car tomorrow”.
