Me and my husband had traveled many places and we ran into this place by accident. It was the closest to the hospital my husband was working at. We had been staying there for around 2 1/2 months amd we absolutely loved it! We love the owners!!! We especially love the front desk lady Jodi!!!( who works constantly for the company!) They are all super nice and they will help you out in anything! They are doing renovations to the place and fixing it up to top notch!!! Me and my husband really enjoyed our place and the Awesome people who work there!!! The best place hands down when you are traveling!!!😍😍😍

Horrible experience! Tried to check into our room at 10 pm after previously calling and making sure it wouldn’t be an issue and there were no clean rooms available! We were an hour and a half drive from our home playing in a baseball tournament and had the room booked a week earlier! We were forced to drive home because all other hotels in the area were booked. Completely unacceptable! The woman working the front desk blatantly told us that she was not going to work her a** off to clean rooms! I never walked into a more outdated and disgusting lobby! They are supposedly updating but just looks like a dump! Don’t waste any money on this place😡

Thank you Rebecca for being a great staff member and listened to my concerns through my stay. Although the hospitality and outward appearance was great. It was apparent that the establishment was not ready to re-open. Handicap ♿ accessibility was not available for an elderly couple whom needed help from other occupants(Me).Due to a lack of a first floor availability, staff and resources continental breakfast was also not included when staff mentioned it would be for occupants. There is a long way to go for Best Western to build a rapport back to the community of Pottstown. I would be precautions before booking a room here. I believe there is still room for better accommodations and resources needed. Ie. Elevators, fill toiletries in bathroom, mini- refrigerator equipment and breakfast. For $165 a night it could have been better. I will reconsider another 7 years to return.

This place was terrible. Neither of the front desk workers were even remotely pleasant. The rug in our room was literally sticky. I felt so uncomfortable I checked the mattress for bed bugs. This place is also under construction and not only looks sterile like a Hospital but I smells awful and has the worst customer service. We didn't even shower there we checked out of our 3 day stay early the first morning and showered at our friends house until we could check into the Holiday inn which was clean and had all the amenities it promised.

Horrible experience! Front desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. But the hotel and the room left MUCH to be desired. Musty smelling room. Phone did not work. Only one lamp in the room worked. The hanging mirror was off the wall and leaning against it. The air conditioner barely worked and it appeared to be insulated by tissue which you could see. Several outlets in the room did not work. The shower nozzle spun in both directions so it was hard to get a warm shower. I complained to the manager but he was unable to do anything as the reservation was made online and the hotel was full. I spent an hour calling the neighboring hotels looking for a room. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies. Will NEVER stay there again.
