The staff was helpful and attentive. We rented from UHaul for our last move and it was the worst experience ever (we broke down between Tucson and Phoenix and were stuck on the road for hours in the middle of summer) and were willing to pay extra for a better experience. This ended up not being that much more expensive for the same move (going to Tucson this time). There was an oil stain in the back that was there when we got the truck and the attendant gave us mats so our stuff didn't get damaged. Great service!

Totally forgot to leave a review about two months ago and am just now remembering to, I feel so bad for being this late because this place was honestly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us out after we got a flat on our trailer for our car. We were traveling cross country from Georgia to Cali with no issues up till this point. We had stayed the night a town over from flagstaff and when we woke up we realized the tire was almost flat so we had to put air in to get us a little farther to flagstaff. Honestly we were lucky where we were when it happened and I’m happy that it did because I would not have had the pleasure of stoping in flagstaff and at this location. I feel even worse because I forgot the gentleman that helped us names but they were all awesome and super easy to talk to and even gave me some super helpful tips about the truck and trailer and how to properly use it and to be safer. Massively appreciate the help and thank you once again form myself, my GF & my Dad 🙌!!

Great service, I used the other big company that rents trucks twice before, but this was the first long drive I was doing, so I did some research int he internet. Penske is way better, the truck was pretty new, only 30K miles, comfortable and doesn't lie with the cargo size.
