I would give 0 stars if it was possible, My husband and Son went to go see the movie Black Adam tonight, and the last showing was at 7:15, but the concession closed at 7pm.. and they had the bathrooms closed during the movie as well. Also they were extremely rude about them getting their snacks and drinks at 6:45. Terrible service.. why have late movies if they are not going to stay open??? Ridiculous. Another business at Village Mall that needs to close because once again you gotta go 30 mins or more to get Better service.. just close it down. It’s pointless to have it here anymore it’s not fun and too expensive.

I went to see Wakanda Forever here with my lovely lady. The seats where older from newer Theaters, but still comfortable. They even allowed you to rock back a little. The price was gd for showtimes before 4pm. The sound system was amazing! I would recommend this Theater to others because when you order your popcorn you can add as much butter yourself!

i usually love coming to see movies here but me and my younger sister were just turned away from buying tickets to see the minions movie which is a childrens movie, rated PG because i am not over the age of 21. since when do i need to be the legal drinking age to take my little sister to see a movie! absolutely stupid. At first i was told i needed to be over 17 which i am then she saw my ID and said sorry i cant let you see this because you have to be over 21 unless you’re with a parent. makes no sense!

My daughter and 2 of her friends were going Danville to see a movie. I purchased the tickets and snacks on my app. When they got there they were told that they couldn’t see the movie. I called the theater multiple times and nobody answered. Had the girls go back there so they can hand the phone to the manager. Apparently, they have to be 17 or accompanied by an adult. Nothing on the website indicating there would be age limits to see the movie without an adult after 5 on a Saturday. The girls are all 16 years old. When I spoke with the manager he tried to tell me they were trying to see an R rated movie. It was PG 13! Then the manager told me that after 5 they have to be with an adult and that it is the rules of the mall. The movie was at 4:30. I paid 50 dollars for the movie and snacks only for them to not to be able to see the movie. I am so upset. The doors to the theater go directly into the theater. The manager told me since the tickets were not picked up we would get a refund from my app off of the email I received for confirmation. Except when I checked it was after the movie already started. So guess what … Cabot receive a refund. It wasn’t after 5 and again the movie was PG 13. Can’t get a refund from AMC app because the movie already started and nobody is answering at the theater. We work hard for our money. My husband and I have a big family everything costs so much money now. if this is how AMC aim Danville Illinois treats people we will no longer support their business!!!

Staff is very friendly and sweet, but the entire movie theater smells like urine. The restrooms are worse. Definitely need deep cleaning done in this place. I wouldnt trust buying food from the concession under these conditions tbh. But again, the staff is nice and polite, so thats a plus
