It was late at night and there were not many choices to eat. We discovered that the Jetport had a kitchen open late. We arrived and the Bartender and Cook definitely took care of us. We all ordered meals. I ordered mushroom risotto with grilled chicken. Omg! It was so delicious! This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem within the Lehigh Valley. Absolutely delicious! The service was Top Notch!

Apparently this is now: Allen Bar & Lounge, I was looking around for the Jetport Restaurant but could not find it. I was in the hotel lobby when I called and the desk agent was the guy who answered the phone and he put me on hold because there were 2 people in line to check-in, so I hung up an got in the line at the desk. I ordered the medium pizza with one topping for $9.99, but I only got cheese, no topping. It was ok. The desk agent was to call me when the pizza was ready, but after 30 minutes I tried to call the desk but the phone in my room did not work. I went down to the lobby and they had the pizza sitting at the desk and said they had been trying to call me, so by the time I got back to my room, the pizza was just warm. They should have delivered the pizza. I looked inside the lounge while in the lobby and it looked nice inside and there were people sitting at the bar, with more people going in while I was there at 9:30 pm. The sign says that they have Karaoke on Saturday nights at 7 pm, I think they need more karaoke nights....just saying.

Mr. Nava was an excellent bartender and an even more exceptional server. I've been to a lot of hotels with restaurants but this one was good on service and food that's a plus when you're tired of eating tuna!!!!

I have family in Allentown Pennsylvania and I live in Buffalo every time we come down this is the hotel that we stay in we get no discount nothing. Your bartender on Saturday night that just passed looks like she is so. Very slow and doesn't go out of her way to be friendly.. young lady at the front desk looks like she is a sergeant from an army serious face not being friendly you know what's wrong with this atmosphere you're in United States and one thing that I love is being treated with respect a little bit of a smile will help and having a friendly customer service you guys really need to work on that.

Wish I could give it less starts. This whole hotel/ restaurant is not impressive the hotel has roaches and mold it's poorly cleaned and the desk staff is horrendous when they are told something is wrong. I would definitely look elsewhere. If the hotel has mold and roaches the restaurant that's attached does as well.
