Got married here on 10/23/21 and everything throughout the process was such a breeze with the help of Michele! After having to postpone our wedding a whole year, this day was long awaited! Everything was perfect from the hotel accommodations they gave us for the wedding night, to the venue itself, everyone was raving about how amazing the food was, we did two signature drinks and they were both so good! We upgraded to a donut station and that was such a hit! The way the staff and bartender catered to us that night was met beyond our expectations! We were treated like royalty and kept getting ask what we wanted or what could they get for us throughout the night. Michele knew how to handle my difficult crazy family and was able to keep the flow going throughout the day & night. I can’t say anything bad about this place! It’s been a long process of almost 3 years and I’ve had nothing but the best experience ever part of the way. So glad I chose hanover grande ballroom to have my special day at 💕

I threw a 30th party for my boyfriend and it was beyond an amazing experience. Working with Michelle was amazing and considering it was my first event I threw she definitely made me feel like I knew what I was doing. The staff was amazing, including Alex the catering manager! He check on me throughout the whole event and it was just beyond my expectations, BEYOND. I will love to work with them again. Food was great, set up was perfect. Bartender was awesome. I could go on and on. Hopefully I will see them again in the future.

Absolutely horrible place to get married everything was good until days before. The food was served cold... venue messed up the set up than charged us 400 the day of our wedding to re set up. Bathrooms had no soap or paper towels... ballroom was not cleaned we had to ask them to vacuum and mop!!! They couldn't even dim the dam lights and set up backlighting that was promised. I worked with Michelle who was nice until she wasn't.

We just had the baptism reception of our son held here…. And our experience was horrible. We were talking with Michelle since earlier in the year, who was excellent! And then somebody else had to take over the event for her, and their communication was horrible, organization was terrible, they had papers up at the ballroom stating my husbands name is Kyle, when his name is actually Ryan, and his name has been on the contracts and checks and emails and everything. Our event was supposed to start at 4, and our guests starting coming in at 3:40pm, and the staff said that they couldn’t let us in the ballroom till 4 on the dot, because they weren’t ready. So we all had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes, no odeurves, drinks, nothing. And when we finally were let in the ballroom, the bar was STILL BEING STOCKED, in front of our guests! 10 minutes in the ballroom, my husband went to the bar and asked for a heinicken beer, and they said they were already out!!!!! This was an event that was planned over 6 months in advance, and they had the head count and everything. And they ran out of beer 10 minutes in! The event planner and coordinator let us all in the ballroom, and then left before the food was out. And even though we had gone over a timeline for food, dessert, cake cutting, etc- she left and the waiting staff weren’t aware of said timeline, so everything was late!! HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL from the event planning department. Not the waiting staffs fault though!

Had my daughter's wedding here on 2/26/22. Was treated so well. The wedding coordinator was so amazing. The servers were so respectful. They couldn't have been any nicer to my daughter and every guest that was there. The food was amazing as well asthe wedding cake. They made the day go so smooth. Would recommend to anyone.
